REACH stands for Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals and is an EU regulation which entered into force on 1 June 2007 (EC 1907/2006). It serves to protect human health and the environment, and applies not to products, but chemicals.
REACH replaced more than 40 existing EU laws and regulations. Its provisions apply to manufacturers, importers and sellers who market their products in the EU. SUN GARDEN, as a product manufacturer, is aware of its responsibility.
